Take a minute to review the Employee Summary Report before submitting your elections. Once you hit “submit,” you can’t make changes until next year (unless you have a mid-year qualified life event), so make sure everything is correct. It’s also a good idea to print a copy of the Employee Summary Report for your records.
Gather dependent verification documentation. You need to submit documentation for any dependents you enroll.
If you are new to Chenega, you must actively enroll if you want the benefits that fit the needs of you and your family members in 2020.
Be sure to submit a waiver form via email to chenega@mercer.com by the end of your enrollment period. Forms are available on Mercer Marketplace 365+ by following this path: Menu > Documents > Health & Benefits > 2020 Medical Waiver Form.
If you experience a qualifying life event during the year and wish to update your benefits, visit Mercer Marketplace 365+ to update your elections. You must make any changes within 31 days on your qualifying life event — or within 60 days of a loss of Medicaid/CHIP coverage or within 60 days of gaining eligibility for a state's premium assistance program under Medicaid or CHIP.
