Benefit options at a glance

The Mercer Marketplace 365+ benefit options are listed below. Please note: The specific plans and carrier networks available to you will be determined based on where you live. You’ll see the benefits for which you’re eligible when you access the Mercer Marketplace 365+ website.

Medical plans Carefully review the medical plans available to you. Each plan includes free in-network preventive care. The plan may also allow you to open a tax-free Health Savings Account (HSA), a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Mercer Marketplace 365+ HUB If available in your area, you may enroll in Mercer Marketplace 365+ HUB for year-round access to personal health advocacy services, price comparison tools, physician performance ratings and expert medical opinions.
Supplemental medical plans If these plans are available in your area, you may choose any combination of the following plans offered through Aetna: accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance.
Dental and vision plans Dental and vision coverage is available to all eligible employees. As you go through the enrollment process, you’ll be able to view the coverage options available to you.
Health Savings Account (HSA) An HSA allows you to contribute your own money, on a pre-tax basis, and you retain the savings year over year. Please review your tax-advantaged account options at the time of enrollment to determine if you are eligible. If you are currently enrolled in an HSA medical plan, your HSA account will stay open.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) HRAs are employer funded and can be used to pay for eligible medical and prescription out-of-pocket expenses for you and covered family members. If you are eligible for both an HRA and an HSA, you may pick one.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) FSAs allow you to save pretax dollars to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses in 2020. Please review your tax-advantaged account options at the time of enrollment to determine if you are eligible.
Life and disability options You have access to life and AD&D insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. Consider the amounts that are appropriate to cover you and your family.
Additional benefits Discover new voluntary benefit options. Depending on where you live, you may have access to benefits such as identity theft protection, a legal plan, pet insurance and discount online shopping.
Enrolling for Tax-Savings Accounts

In the enrollment system, your medical plan options are bundled with your tax-savings account options. This mean you enroll for a medical plan and a tax-savings account in just one step. Pay attention to which option you choose to make sure you’ve selected the medical plan AND the tax-savings account you intended.
